Squirrel
- 12 squirrel legs
- 1 cup shortening
- 3 cups flour
- Salt/pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small onion, sliced
Clean squirrel, add some salt and pepper to the flour, heat shortening in skillet, coat squirrel pieces in the flour mixture, reserve 1/4 cup flour, fry squirrel until lightly brown, remove and pat dry with paper towel, add onion to skillet and brown, add water, milk and the rest of the flour. Stir well. Bring to a boil and add squirrel, simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Raccoon
- 1 cleaned raccoon, remove all fat
- 2 onions
- 1/4 cup sage
- BBQ sauce
Place coon in large pan, cover with water, add onions to sage, bring to a boil, turn heat to medium low and cook until meat is tender,remove from pan and let cool, remove meat from bones and put in crock pot, cover with BBQ sauce and heat on high or low until hot. Serve on buns!
